Town development plan around Denentoshi Line station

　More than 50 years have passed since the opening of the Tokyu Denentoshi Line and the commencement of community development in Aoba Ward, and towns centered on railways have been formed. In the future, it is important to take advantage of the environment that can be regarded as assets accumulated so far and further enhance the appeal of the city.
The “Town Development Plan around the Denentoshi Line Station” clarifies the direction of town development around the station as a familiar base that enhances the attractiveness of inhabitants' lives, and shares the inhabitants, businesses, wards and governments. Revised in March 2020 as a means of working together to achieve this.
The seven stations on the Denentoshi Line in the ward will make use of their respective characteristics and appropriately share and cooperate with each other, so that all generations can easily live and promote attractive town development that continues to be selected.
