▼The following is a comment.
"Aoba wheat is a domestic variety called Satosora, which is grown in the field of Aoba Ward Kamoshida, a social welfare corporation for people with intellectual disabilities, and is currently used as flour at restaurants and grocery stores affiliated with the Aoba Ward Shopping Street Association.
This time, it has been adopted as a souvenir for a total of 1,500 inhabitants of the ward marathon and volunteer staff, as well as the policy of the ward Shoren, which considers promotion of local production for local consumption to be important.
By cooking with rice, you can feel a petit and fun texture and aroma.
It is also a very delicious way to eat with a small amount of miso and make grilled rice balls. "
