・Pregnant women who have been diagnosed with pregnancy at a medical institution receive a notification of pregnancy at the ward office and issue a maternal and child health handbook and a spelling of medical examination tickets (pregnant women's Health Checkups expense subsidy ticket, medical institution Check ups for Infants and Toddlers consultation ticket, etc.).
・At the time of notification, you will be asked to confirm that the pregnant woman is a Yokohama citizen (resident certificate is located in Yokohama City), the pregnant woman's personal number, the expected date of childbirth, and the medical institution to be consulted. Hello Baby Class
Lectures will be given to pregnant women (up to 35 weeks of pregnancy) and their families who will give birth for the first time, including how to spend during pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding, nutrition and dental health during pregnancy, and postpartum procedures.

For those who become dads and moms for the first time (those who are 30 to 35 weeks of pregnancy on the day of the classroom), we will experience bathing, hold babies, exchange clothes, etc.

Child care supporter venue Hokkorinko
Places where children gather, such as district centers, at 15 places in the ward where preschool children can play freely, and senior moms who are raising children provide a little consultation and information exchange. You are free to enter and exit, and you don't need to make a reservation.
