・Those who become dads and moms who live in Aoba Ward for the first time (30 to 35 weeks of pregnancy on the day of the classroom)
・Those who are not from 30 to 35 weeks of pregnancy cannot participate.

・You can apply from this page during the period from the 1st of the previous month to 23:30 on the 15th of the month before the classroom date you wish to participate in.
However, only the ward office will be held on March 4, 2026, and the application period will be from January 2026.
・The electronic application system screen will open. Follow the instructions to enter required items.
・We recommend your PC email address as your registered email address.
・After applying via the electronic application system, you will not receive an application completion email. "Application number" will be issued and the application will be completed. If you do not receive your winning or losing e-mail after 25 days, please contact Aoba Ward Children and Families Support Division (978-2459).

We have received a large number of applications. In the case of a large number of applications, it will be a lottery.
You will be notified by e-mail after the application deadline.
In the event of a lottery, those who have not been elected will not be able to attend the course even if they come on the day of the classroom.
