＊If each guardian registers as a member, it will be distributed to any member.

＊If you want to register a second or subsequent child who is eligible for a trial ticket, please contact the ward branch office separately.

Until the end of the month of the 2nd birthday month of the child to be distributed
Example: Those born in July 2023 → Usage deadline until July 31, 2025

Distribution of 1-hour tickets x 8 tickets per eligible child

After membership registration is completed, it will be distributed.
＊Member registration is required for the use of the Yokohama Child Care Support System.
＊If you would like to register as a member, please take the enrollment briefing session first.

It will be distributed when a child is added by registering a change in membership registration or changing membership information on the WEB.
If you change your membership information on the WEB, please contact the ward branch office separately.

Please bring the following documents to each ward branch office or mail it to confirm the target person for the trial ticket at the time of registration or after the second child, or mail it. If you have not confirmed your identity or target elementary school studenｔ, you will not be able to distribute a trial ticket.
＊If you wish to register as a member by mail, please attach a copy. (It will be destroyed after confirmation at the secretariat.)
＊If you have not verified your identity at the time of membership registration, you will receive a trial ticket after confirming your identity.
＊Those who are eligible to distribute the trial ticket at the time of membership registration will be asked to confirm their identity regardless of whether they wish to use it.

　・Items that can confirm the child's name and date of birth, such as maternal and child health handbook, infant Medical Certificate, health insurance card, etc.
　

Please use the following procedure.
①　Please let us know that you use the trial ticket at the time of request.
②　As with normal use, it will be used after a meeting in advance.
　＊This project is a mechanism that is established with providing members. If there is no providing member who wishes to use the service, if there is no providing member who will receive it.
　　Please note that it is not available.
③　At the time of payment, please give the number of cards used to the providing member on an hourly basis.

・It can be used only by those who have received the grant. Don't transfer it to another person.
・Outside of weekends, holidays and weekdays, you can use it by adding 100 yen in cash.
・It is also possible to use multiple copies at a time or use it in combination with cash.
・It can be used for activities within 30 minutes, but the difference will not be refunded.
・It cannot be used for the following contents.

　②Payment in case of cancellation fee
　③If you forget your trial ticket at the time of payment.
　④Half price discount for the second and subsequent siblings
