Check ups for Infants and Toddlers is an important opportunity to learn about your child's growth.
In Yokohama, medical examinations are conducted at the timing of 4-month-old children, 1-year-old 6-month-old children, and 3-year-old children.
Consultation on childcare, baby food, tooth brushing, etc. that will be useful for future childcare.
We will take necessary measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, so please come to a medical examination.

・If you have cold symptoms such as coughing or runny nose, fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or an acute rash, please come to the next medical examination.
・Please refrain from consulting if you have a family member who has symptoms such as fever or cough, as well as the child targeted for the medical examination.

At least two to three weeks before the date of the medical examination, we will send you a schedule individually.
If the schedule you provided is not convenient, please come to the next medical examination day. You don't need to contact us at that time.

In addition, infants medical examinations can be taken until the next time, but let's have a medical examination as soon as possible.
■4-month-old child medical examination: Until the day before the 1st birthday
■Medical examination for 1 year and 6 month old child medical examination: Until the day before the 2nd birthday
■3-year-old child medical examination: Until the day before the 4th birthday

・The meeting time is indicated on the numbered ticket. We will have you gather at the 9th window again at the designated time and accept.
(The earliest meeting time is 12:30. The meeting time is specified in every 10 to 15 minutes. )
・Please come by 13:30 and get a numbered ticket.

From 12:30 to 13:30 (Reception hours has been changed since January 30)
・Reception will be accepted in the order of numbered ticket numbers.
(If you do not arrive at the designated time, the order of reception may be changed.)

①Children's urine on the day (please carry it in the container you sent), 2 Urine test application form

・If you have reached each target age (month age) on the day of the medical examination, you can have a medical examination.
・In order to protect the privacy of visitors, please refrain from taking photos and videos in the venue.
