We carry out after taking necessary measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, so please come to a medical examination.

・Please check your physical condition in advance. If you have a cold symptom, fever, or acute rash, please come to the next and subsequent medical examination.
・Please refrain from consulting not only for children who are subject to medical examinations but also for those who have symptoms such as fever or cough in their family.

We will send you an individual schedule at least 2 to 3 weeks before the date of the medical examination.
If the schedule provided is not convenient, please come on the next and subsequent medical examination days.
If you do not exceed 2 months from the designated date, you do not need to contact us.

・The numbered ticket shows the meeting time. We will have you gather at the 9th window at the designated time and accept.
(The earliest meeting time is 12:30. After that, the meeting time is specified every 10 to 15 minutes. )
・Even if you do not receive a numbered ticket by 12:30, you can have a medical examination if you come by 13:30.

From 12:30 to 13:30
・Reception will be accepted in the order of the numbered ticket number.
(If you do not come at the designated time, the order of reception may be changed.)
