Aoba Ward version of disaster prevention information transmission system training schedule (FY2024)

 Aoba Ward started operation of the Aoba Ward version of disaster prevention information transmission system in September 2016. This system uses telephone and dedicated disaster prevention radio to communicate information to the Neighborhood Association/Neighborhood Associations and the evacuation shelter Steering Committee. 
 In fiscal 2024, we will conduct training for the Aoba Ward Disaster Prevention Information Transmission System as follows.

Those who are subject to this system training

1.Dedicated Disaster Prevention Radio Manager
2.Those who are registered in the telephone system by applying from Neighborhood Association / Neighborhood Associations or evacuation shelter

Training content

1 Dedicated disaster prevention radio training (those who have registered only the telephone system are not eligible)
 (1) For training, please refer to the “How to Handling Dedicated Disaster Prevention Radio” in the reference material at the bottom of this page and connect the dedicated disaster prevention radio to the power supply.
 (2) When the dedicated disaster prevention radio is automatically activated, a loud voice is transmitted from the radio. In addition, the radio is automatically turned off after the training.
 (3) If you can receive the broadcast of the dedicated disaster prevention radio, please respond to that effect on the telephone system. (If you cannot be near the dedicated disaster prevention radio during the training time, please reply to that effect on the telephone system.)

2 Telephone system training
 (1) An automatic voice call will be received from 050-3188-8400.
 (2) Please reply by telephone system that you do not manage the dedicated disaster prevention radio.
 (3) If you do not answer the phone, please call back and respond according to the voice guidance guidance.

Q. What should I do if I can't answer the phone during training and cannot respond to the radio reception status?
A. If you call again to the number where the incoming call was received, you can respond according to the automatic voice.

Q. What if I have a radio, but the training broadcast did not play?
A. Please respond by phone and follow the automatic voice over the phone that you did not hear the radio during the training.

Q. How do I use it when information is received by radio or telephone?
A. An example is a method of transmitting information via a communication network such as Neighborhood Association. In the event of a disaster, he brought the radio to evacuation sites.
 It is also conceivable to obtain information from the ward office where people are gathering and use them for evacuation behavior.
