We raise open call for the first designated manager of Yokohama-shi Tsuzuki inhabitant of a ward Cultural Center.

Location	9-1-9-1, Nakakawa-Chuo, Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama
Facility scale	Reinforced concrete part of steel frame, steel reinforced concrete (seismic isolation structure) 4 floors above ground and 1 floor below ground (27.8m in height).
Facility area	3,943.05 m2 (exclusive floor area)
Facility contents	Hall, gallery, rehearsal room, practice room, meeting room, dressing room, information corner, Entrance, Exclusive elevator, etc.
