Application method
Organizations wishing to participate should send the Application Form (Form 12) to the Health and Welfare Division Business Planning Officer, Tsuzuki Ward  , by fax (*1) or e-mail by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 22, 2020.
On the day of the local briefing, there is no dedicated parking lot at the venue, so please use public transportation.
