The inhabitant of a ward cultural center in Tsuzuki Ward will be developed in the “Utilization Project for Resident Cultural Centers in Tsuzuki Ward ” at 1-9-1 and 9-2 Naka-Chuo, Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama City.
In 2018, we carried out business proposal type open call for participants of land utilization with condition of inhabitant of a ward Cultural Center maintenance, and after examination, selection by "planned site utilization company selection committee such as inhabitant of a ward cultural center in Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama-shi" After that, a group with "Bosch Co., Ltd." as the representative company has been decided as the business planner.

Basic Concept Review Committee in Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama

Basic design (report) was submitted by the committee to Yokohama City.

On December 21, 2017, basic design (report) was submitted by committee to Yokohama-shi. In the future, based on this basic design, Yokohama City will promote the maintenance of the inhabitant of a ward cultural center.

We start examination about basic design of inhabitant of a ward Cultural Center

In June 2017, we established the "Citizens' Cultural Center Basic Design Exploratory Committee in Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama-shi" with local representatives, inhabitants of a ward group, and cultural experts.
In this committee, we will examine the basic direction of the facilities, necessary functions, and management of facilities so that the inhabitant of a ward in Tsuzuki Ward will become a base for cultural activities that are familiar to residents of the city.
The final contents will be submitted to Yokohama City as a "Basic Design (Report)".

In Motoichi, we push forward maintenance of Tsuzuki Ward inhabitant of a ward Cultural Center (tentative name) becoming cultural activity base of ward and are going to be completed in 2024.
We will invite the Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra, based in Stuttgart, Germany, headquartered by Bosch Corporation, a maintenance company of the Tsuzuki Ward Residents' Cultural Center (tentative name), to hold a concert as a pre-event.
