2 Designated period
From April 1, 2011 to March 31, 2016 (5 years)

3 Scope of duties performed by the designated manager
(1)　Thing about permission of use of Tozuka district center.
(2)　Management of the Tozuka District Center.
(3)　Thing about conduct of business to prescribe in Yokohama-shi district center regulations Article 2 Clause 2.
(4)　Thing about maintenance of facility and facilities of Tozuka district center.
(5)　In addition, according to the designated management work specifications designated by the Totsuka District Center in Yokohama City
