At the "Administrative Services Corner" located at major stations in the city, you can get resident certificate and private seal certificates even outside of office hours, such as Saturday and Sunday. Depending on the Reception hours and the type of certificate, it may not be possible to issue it immediately, so please check before using it.

Notifications of family register (birth, death, marriage, etc.) are accepted at the Holiday and Night Reception Desk. The documents will be reviewed at a later date in Family Registry Division, but if there are no serious defects, the date of submission will be the date of acceptance.

2-minute walk from Totsuka Station on the JR/Yokohama Municipal Subway

• If you use the JR Underground / Municipal Subway ticket gate: Proceed toward Totsukana. When you see the information on the Totsuka Ward Office Taxi Platform, turn left without going up the stairs to Totsukana. Turn right after the underground entrance 7 (former exit D) and you will find the entrance to Totsuka Ward Hall B1F.
• If you are using the JR Hashigami ticket gate, go up to the East Exit pedestrian deck at Totsuka Station, pass in front of the ticket gate at JR Totsuka Station, and go out to the West Exit side to the West Exit station deck. About a 5-minute walk from the nearest bus stop

• Totsuka Station East Exit Bus Center: Go up to the East Exit Pedestrian Deck at Totsuka Station and pass in front of the JR Totsuka Station ticket gate toWest Exit Station. There's a guide to the Totsuka Ward Office, and you'll see the Totsuka Ward Office.
• If you are using Totsuka Station West Exit Bus Stop: If you are coming from Totsukana, proceed from Totsukana 1st floor toward JR Totsuka Station and turn right according to Information 1. If you go straight, you can see the underground entrance 7 (former entrance D) 2. After passing this, cross the pedestrian crossing 3 to Totsuka Ward Office.

From the slope between the government building and the elevated road, enter the bicycle parking lots for visitors.
※Please note that this is different from the entrance to the Totsuka Station West Exit 17th Bicycle bicycle parking lots (1st basement floor of the ward office building).

How to use
　After parking the bicycle, issue a certificate of use and present it to the counter. The staff will give you a service coin.
　※It will be bicycle parking lots exclusively for ward office users. Please refrain from the use of non-ward office users, such as inhabitant of a ward cultural center or multipurpose space users. (If illegal bicycle parking is found, we will remove it here.)

• 220 yen for 30 minutes (7:00-22:30)
• 100 yen for 60 minutes (22:30-7:00) ※You cannot enter or leave from 22:30 to 7:00 the next day.
• Maximum price on the day (Saturday, Sundays and holidays) 1,800 yen

Due to congestion at the counter, etc., the amount exceeding 60 minutes will be charged. Please use public transportation as much as possible.

The 5th floor stand in the old government building closed on February 28, 2013.
