In fiscal 2023, Yokohama City Council Representative Workshop was held.

　
　On Thursday, November 30, Takuya Tsuji, a professor at Hitotsubashi University Graduate School of Law, Hitotsubashi University, was invited as a lecturer to hold a workshop for parliamentarians at the plenary session of Yokohama City Council.
　Prof. Tsuji □ gave a lecture on the merits of the special municipal system, such as improving administrative services and eliminating double administration, as well as the fact that the effects of local autonomy system reform in large cities spreads nationwide.
