In fiscal 2022, a parliamentary workshop was held.

　On Monday, November 28, with the theme of "Expansion of Women's Participation in Policy and Decision-making Process", we invited Reiko Oyama, a professor of Komazawa University's Faculty of Law and Vice Chairman of the 33rd Local System Investigation Committee, as a lecturer. , Held a member of the Diet workshop.
　Mr. Oyama gave a lecture on the issues facing local councils, policies for expanding women's participation in the political field, and examples of domestic and overseas initiatives. In the lecture, training was also conducted using the "Training Materials for Harassment Prevention in the Political Field" (Gender Equality Bureau, Cabinet Office), in which Mr. Oyama was involved in the preparation and study.
　As a second part of the workshop, Vice-Chair Yokohama City Council introduced the activities of Yokohama City Council, which opened the City Counsil just 10 days after the Great Kanto Earthquake (1923) as part of the workshop.
