The Japan-China Parliament has expressed its support for Taiwan's participation in international organizations.

On February 26, 2020, the Japan-China Goodwill Yokohama City Council expressed its support for participation in the World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in Taiwan on February 26, 2020.
