　My name is Kenji Kikuchi and I have been assigned to Director General of Nishi on April 1.
　At Nishi Ward, I am very pleased that this visit to Director General is a familiar Nishi Ward, and I am very pleased that this visit to Public Works Office. I am very pleased that I am familiar with this order of Director General.
　Although local activities are restricted due to the effects of the new coronavirus infection, "Sakura Festa" was held for the first time in three years the other day, and I was able to interact with the smiles of the locals who were waiting for the event and visitors I'm done. This year, we will aim to hold various events while keeping in mind the infection situation.
　In the new fiscal year, the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, Nishi Ward's management positions are now in full bloom.
　With this system from now on, we will work on better town development with the help of companies and groups, including the inhabitants of the ward.
