　Fumie Otawa, a general internal specialist, Fumie Otawa, gave a lecture at Minami public hall on Friday, September 7, with the theme of "Mental Health for Creating Happiness: Respecting Human Rights and Creating a Better Community." Mr. Otawa himself gave a humorous talk with his actual experience of treating inmates in juvenile training schools and prisons.
　At the entrance of Minami public hall, a human rights awareness panel was exhibited by the Commissioner for Human Rights.
