- Please bring it to the Public Relations Section window on the first floor of Midori Ward Office between 8:45 and 17:00 on weekdays. We cannot accept applications outside of weekends, holidays, and scheduled time.
About submitted work
- Up to 3 photos per person taken with a digital camera (smartphone is also acceptable). ※Multiple entries for the same subject are not allowed.
- Photo taken in Midori Ward or related to Midori Ward, taken with a digital camera.
- Photographs taken from January 2019 (January 2019) to November 2022 (Reiwa 4 (2022), which have not been published by himself and will not be announced in other contests in the future. ※You can apply for works posted on personal blogs and SNS.
- The file format of the image data is limited to JPEG. 10MB or less per sheet.
- Single photo (group photos and multiple photos cannot be combined). Minor processing such as trimming and brightness correction is possible. ※The ward office does not process data for application.
- Recommended for more than 3 million pixels and 1MB or more based on their use in printed materials.
- If a person is shown as a subject, the consent of the person (subject) must be obtained so as not to infringe on the portrait right.
About personal information that you provide
- Personal information provided to the Midori Ward Office through this contest will be used to announce winning works, notify the results of the screening, etc., and will not be used for any purpose other than the purpose of use.
- The name, title, date of shooting, and location of the photographer may be specified when using the work in public relations advertising materials for the purpose of presenting a prize or promoting the appeal of Midori Ward.

Prize-winning works will be available to third parties at the Midori Ward Photo Archive section of the Midori Ward website.

Offering prize-winning works to the Midori Ward Photo Archive Project
- The prize-winning works include photographs taken and collected by the Midori Ward Office and photographs provided by residents of the ward on the website, which are available to third parties.Midori Ward Photo ArchiveIt will be published and provided.
- Prize-winning works can be used free of charge in publications issued by Yokohama City without the permission of the photographer. In addition, under the conditions stipulated in the Midori Ward Photo Archive Terms of Use (respect the copyright of the photographer, display the license, etc.), anyone can use it free of charge without permission from the photographer.
- The provider of the winning work shall not exercise the moral rights of the winning work. ※Property rights such as copyright and ownership of other submitted works belong to the photographer.
Winners will be sent a separate photo request / confirmation survey (name, work name, other desired items, etc.) to confirm the items you want to publish.
If you do not receive a response by the deadline, you will be deemed to have abstained from winning the prize.
