What is the Life Support System Development Project?
This is a business that promotes the creation of a system that supports the elderly throughout the region so that the elderly can live their own lives in the area where they live.
Purpose and Three Elements
What is the Life Support Coordinator?
From April 2016, a life support coordinator was assigned to each community care plaza in Yokohama City (including the Local Elderly Care Management Center in special elderly nursing homes) and the Japan National Council of Social Welfare in each ward.
We support groups and leaders engaged in local activities and introduce local activities to those who need assistance so that the elderly can continue living in the area where they live with peace of mind.
There are currently eight life support coordinators in Midori Ward.
