What is the Life Support System Development Project?
This is a business that promotes the creation of a system that supports the elderly throughout the region so that the elderly can live their own lives in the area where they are accustomed.
Purpose and Three Factors
What is the Life Support Coordinator?
Life support coordinator was placed in each community care plaza (including Local Elderly Care Management Center in special elderly nursing homes) and the Japan National Council of Social Welfare in each ward from April 2016.
We support groups and leaders engaged in local activities and introduce local activities to those who need support so that the elderly can continue to live in the area where they are accustomed to living with peace of mind.
Eight living support coordinators are currently active in Midori Ward.
