Anyone can use it as a local consultation desk. Please feel free to contact us. Yokohama City's unique facility that engages in various initiatives as a base for familiar welfare and health so that everyone, including the elderly, children, and people with disabilities, can live in the community with peace of mind. In addition, as a Regional Comprehensive Support Center, we provide consultation and support on welfare and health. If you would like to visit the office or online consultation, please contact us in advance by telephone.

Weekdays and Saturday: From 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Sunday and public holidays: From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Closed days (once a month) vary depending on each facility. All facilities are closed from December 29 to January 3.

On April 1, 2021, Yamashita Community Care Plaza in Yokohama was newly opened.
