This is a training program for professionals involved in home medical care and nursing care. In addition to improving the skills of professionals, we regularly hold meetings for the purpose of promoting medical and nursing care cooperation, such as building face-to-face relationships between multiple occupations, understanding mutual roles, and examining issues.
