Under the clear autumn sky, we visited the "Tozuka Fureai Residents' Festival", which was held for the first time in three years, and greeted the opening ceremony.
Although the event was held on a reduced scale to prevent infectious diseases, a large number of people came and felt strongly that everyone was looking forward to it. We invited local people to experience booths of three women's sports teams related to Totsuka Ward and various exhibition booths.
