Under the clear autumn sky, we visited the Tozuka Fureai Kumin Festival, which was held for the first time in three years, and greeted the opening ceremony.
Although the event was held on a reduced scale to prevent infectious diseases, a large number of visitors came and I felt strongly that everyone was looking forward to it. The three women's sports teams related to Totsuka Ward, as well as various exhibition booths, were introduced to the local community.
