We visited "the 28th Tsuzuki inhabitant of a ward festival" blessed with refreshing weather. Although it was held for the first time in three years, the venue that made use of the area from the center south station to the ward office was full of visitors and the festival.
We greeted the audience at the stage and went around the venue with the organizers of the Tsuzuki Ward   Hometown Development Committee. At the various exhibition booths, we talked and took photos with the staff and participants, and enjoyed the autumn Tsuzuki together.
