Tozuka contact inhabitant of a ward festival

We held the 47th (2023) Tozuka contact inhabitant of a ward festival at Higashitotsuka Elementary School on Friday, November 3rd.
Many people came to the event. Thank you very much.

Various events and booths have been prepared for children and adults to enjoy.

　We are recruiting stage performers to enliven the inhabitant of a ward festival together.

　Music performance, dance, dance, street performances, etc.

　Totsuka Ward, orTotsuka Ward

　Within 20 minutes per group (including preparation and exit time) ※The appearance time will be decided by the organizer.

　Organizers will select based on screening documents, sound sources, videos, etc. (I will contact you at a later date.)

（１） When playing an instrument, the performers should prepare, set, transport, etc. of the instrument.
（２） The appearance time is not necessarily the time you want.
　　　In the case of a large number of performers, the time may be shorter than desired, so please understand and adjust.
（３） Microphones, CD players, chairs, etc. will be prepared by the Executive Committee.
（４） Performing groups must attend the "Performance Session".

　Fill out the 47th Tozuka Fureai Residents' Festival “Application Form for Stage Performing Groups” and fill in the required items.

　We raise groups, companies to enliven inhabitant of a ward festival together by activity introduction or PR.

　Organizations and companies related to Totsuka Ward.
　Person who can fully understand purpose of inhabitant of a ward festival (we bring up local love of inhabitant of a ward, raise solidarity awareness, and promote local exchange with contact)

　The Executive Committee will make a selection based on document screening. (I will contact you at a later date.)

Exhibitors are required to attend the "Exhibitor Information Session".

　1 tent (2.7m x 3.6m) 12,000 yen

　※Equipment usage fee will be charged separately. (Refer to the application form)
