Tozuka contact inhabitant of a ward festival

The 48th (2024) Tozuka Fureai Kumin Festival was held on November 3 (Sun./holiday) at Higashitotsuka Elementary School in Yokohama and Hitachi Yokohama Office. A lot of people came here. Thank you very much.

From 9:30 am to 2:00 pm Sunday, November 3, 2024 (Sunday / holiday)

※There is no parking lot. Please come by public transportation.

In order to support the purpose of the Tozuka Fureai Ward Residents' Festival and to have all generations deepen their hometown consciousness and local bonds, we are looking for sponsorship funds from companies and organizations that can support them.

　We are recruiting stage performers to enliven the inhabitant of a ward festival together.

　Music performance, dance, dance, etc.

　Organizations and individuals who live, attend school, work, or work in Totsuka Ward or work in Totsuka Ward

　Within 15 minutes per group (including preparation and exit time) ※The appearance time will be determined by the organizer.

　Selection will be made by the organizer based on the screening of documents, sound sources, video, etc. (We will contact you at a later date.)

（１） When playing musical instruments, the performers should handle the preparation, setting, transportation, etc. of the instruments.
（２） The appearance time is not always the time you want.
　　※　In the case of a large number of performers, it may be shorter than desired, so please understand and adjust.
（３） Microphones, CD players, chairs, etc. will be prepared by the Executive Committee.

　We are looking for organizations and companies that will disseminate the appeal of Totsuka Ward through activities and promote public relations.

　Organizations and companies related to Totsuka Ward.
　Person who can fully understand purpose of inhabitant of a ward festival (we raise local love of inhabitants of a ward, plan solidarity awareness, and promote local exchange with contact)

　Selection will be made by the Executive Committee based on document screening. (We will contact you at a later date.)

Exhibitors must refer to the “Tozuka Fureai Kumin Festival Exhibitor Recruitment Guidelines” for exhibitors.
Please apply after agreeing to the notes on exhibitors.
