W-eco-p (Wi-Cop) Activity Report FY2023

Training was conducted for new employees in Michishi Village, Yamanashi Prefecture.

We exhibited at YOKOHAMA Save The Water 2023, an event held at the Atrium on the first floor of Yokohama City Hall to learn about the importance of water sources, and publicized how water brought from water sources would be cleaned at the water purification plant.

At a play park held at Matano Park, a wood chip pool using thinned wood from cypress in Michishi Village, Yamanashi Prefecture was set up as a playground for children, and environmental initiatives were promoted.

At all 61 stores, we distributed 12,200 "wood chips", which were crushed from thinned cypress wood from Michishi Village, Yamanashi Prefecture, along with a message stating the importance of water source forests, and publicized our environmental efforts.
