- This is a service that allows you to apply for credit payment via the Internet by registering on the WEB member site.
- The procedure page is the website of "Japan Card Network Co., Ltd." entrusted by City of Yokohama, Water Works Bureau.
- In order to use this service, the use of "communication encryption method TLS1.2" is mandatory to ensure security. Please refer to the following and set TLS1.2.
