The Economic Affairs Bureau Consumer Economy Division conducts on-site inspections at dealers in the city based on the Household Goods Quality Labeling Law, the Consumer Product Safety Law, the Electric Appliance and Material Safety Law and the Gas Business Law, and strives to optimize labeling.

• Confirmation of labeling items and additional items specified by a Cabinet Order in four categories: textile products, synthetic resin processed products, electrical machinery and equipment, and general merchandise.

• Confirmation of PSC mark for specially specified products and specific products other than specially specified products
• Confirmation of obligations and responsibilities of sales operators of specified maintenance products

• Confirmation of PSE mark, etc. of specified electrical appliances and electrical appliances other than specified electrical appliances

• Confirmation of PSTG mark for specific gas supplies and gas supplies other than specified gas supplies
