About window questionnaire survey of Yokohama-shi Centerminami passport center

At the Yokohama City Centerminami Passport Center, we have been working on hospitality administrative services that give visitors a better impression, such as a sense of unity and cleanliness at the counter. Therefore, as in the previous fiscal year, we conducted a questionnaire survey on counters.
