Guidance of Yokohama City Centerminami Passport Center window (application procedure)

Those who have registered as residents of Yokohama City
※Applications cannot be made for those living in municipalities other than Yokohama City. Please use the Kanagawa Prefecture Passport Center as before. In addition, emergency cases or those who fall under penalties will be required to apply at the Kanagawa Passport Center Headquarters (Yokohama), Kawasaki Branch, and Prefectural Central Branch (Atsugi).
※Students who live in Yokohama City and do not have resident registration or long-term business trips may be able to apply if certain conditions are met. As we confirm circumstances residing in Yokohama-shi, applicant comes to window. Please contact us in advance for information on how to apply.

Application
・Monday to Friday, from 9am to 16:45
Receivable
・Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, from 9am to 16:45
・Tuesday and Wednesday, from 9am to 18:30
Holidays
・Saturday, national holidays, and New Year's holidays (from December 29 to January 3 regardless of the day of the week)
※We accept only pick-ups on Sunday. However, if Sunday falls on a national holiday, we will accept it, but it is closed on Sunday during the year-end and New Year holidays.

Payment will be made after the 8th day with the application date as the first day. (Saturdays, Sunday, national holidays, and New Year's holidays (from December 29 to January 3) are not included in the number of days.)
※The number of days required to receive is different from the passport center of the prefecture.
※The applicant (passport holder) must come by himself to receive.
※If you apply at the Yokohama City Centerminami Passport Center, the receiving place will also be the Yokohama City Centerminami Passport Center.
