Automatic External Defibrillator (AED)
In Yokohama City, AEDs are installed at all incineration plants.
AED is a device that uses an electric shock to restore heart contraction to the correct rhythm, with the aim of saving an important life from sudden death due to heart disease.
State of the course
In order to be able to use AED more efficiently when installing it, our staff regularly takes training on how to use it.
