Introduction of MIO Io Hiroba Tsurumi Plant

In Yokohama-shi, we established G30 open space as base to send information to promote reduction, separation of garbage more and have been working to promote awareness and environmental learning. In November 2009, the Tsurumi Plant opened the G30 Hiroba Tsurumi, a place where visitors can enjoy learning about environmental issues, including garbage. Then, in January 2011, the Yokohama 3R Dream (Slim) plan started, and it was renamed "3R Yume (Slim) Hiroba Tsurumi". Then, with the formulation of the "Yokohama Pra 5.3 (garbage) plan" in 2023, it was renamed "Mio Io Hiroba Tsurumi" and continues to this day.
