"Agreement on Clean Town Development" between City of Yokohama, Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau and Yokohama Excellence

On August 23, 2024, City of Yokohama, Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau and Yokohama Excellent (Professional Basketball Club) concluded an "Agreement on Clean Town Development" to utilize the power of sports and to encourage many people to beautify the city and environmental issues.
We will strengthen mutual cooperation and collaborate on activities that will trigger beautification activities in the town, such as cleaning activities, garbage separation and enlightenment of 3R actions.

To commemorate the conclusion of the agreement, we donated original bibs (PDF: 369KB) to be worn during cleaning activities.

■September 10, 2024
We carried out early morning cleanup jointly with Yokohama Excellence Naka Ward Office.
Wearing original bibs donated to commemorate the conclusion of the agreement, we cleaned the area around Kannai Station, where the Yokohama Excellence home arena is located.
Some people said, "I'm supporting Yokohama Excellence, so please do your best!", And it was an initiative full of smiles for the participants. .
