Environmental survey of landfill sites at Shinmeidai

Air pollutants are measured at four locations: the northern site boundary of the Shinmeidai disposal site, the eastern site boundary, the southern side of the disposal site and the western site boundary.

Noise and vibration surveys are measured at four locations: the northern site boundary of the Shinmeidai disposal site, the eastern site boundary, the southern side of the disposal site and the western site boundary. We measure 12 hours at the northern site boundary and the eastern site boundary, and 24 hours at the southern and western site boundaries of the disposal site.

We measure odor index (concentration) and 22 odorous substances. The odor concentration is measured at three locations in summer (usually late August) and winter (usually late January), and the 22 odorous substances are measured at two locations in winter (late January). I am.

Observation wells have been installed in the disposal site to measure groundwater environmental standards. Each item is measured once to four times a year, and the measurement results are shown as annual average values.

Dioxins are surveyed for air, soil, inflow and effluent from wastewater treatment facilities, surrounding river water, and groundwater at monitoring wells in disposal sites.
