The Shinmeidai disposal site has been completed on March 31, 2011, and will be properly managed until it satisfies landfill's "Technical Standards for Abolition".

High-performance impulsing sheets are laid on the bottom and slopes of the landfill so that rainwater (leachate) that passes through the garbage layer does not contaminate groundwater.
In the 7th stage II landfill, a double sheet consisting of asphalt containing asphalt that does not perforated holes and high-strength soft polyethylene sheets with excellent chemical resistance, a Ben Knight self-healing sheet that swells when water is contained in the middle, and a nonwoven fabric that protects water resistance sheets are placed up and down. In addition, the bottom is equipped with a water leak detection system so that damage to the impermeable sheet can be found, and measures are taken to ensure that leachate from landfills pollute groundwater.
In addition, water collection pipes are placed on all sides on the bottom to collect leachate that has passed through the waste layer, advanced treatment at a wastewater treatment facility, clean water, and discharged to rivers.

We have set up a retarding basin to prevent floods caused by heavy rain, and are working to protect and green natural forests.
