Choose to search by name.
If you want to know the fee for oversized garbage, enter it like "Bicycle Fee" and guide you to the fee.
Information on separation of garbage other than oversized garbage is also possible. Enter the name of the garbage you want to put out.
Once you know the fee for oversized garbage, you can apply as it is.
If you have any questions, you can also consult with the operator directly.

Choose to check in the picture.
If you send a photo taken with a smartphone etc. from the button at the bottom left of the screen, you will be informed of the fee.

Find the shortest collection date

Please select "Check the shortest collection date".
Please enter your zip code and Address.
The availability of the most recent collection date is displayed.
Once you have confirmed the collection date, you can apply as it is.

Find the shortest carry-in date

Select "Confirm the shortest import date".
Please select the desired import facility.
The availability of the latest carry-in date is displayed.
Once you have confirmed the delivery date, you can apply as it is.

Applying for collection and self-loading

Make an application

Please select "Apply" to apply.
Follow the instructions in the chatbot to select and enter required items.
When all inputs are completed, a "temporary reception completion e-mail" will be sent to the registered e-mail address. Please note that your application has not been completed at this time.
After you receive the temporary reception completion e-mail, you will receive a "Registration Completion Email" within 3 days. The procedure will be completed with this registration completion email.
