• For home appliances where PCBs are used (such as microwave ovens manufactured before 1972), ask the manufacturer to remove the PCB before applying.

• It takes about 2 weeks from reception to collection.
• If you don't want to write your name on a sticker on oversized garbage, you can replace it with symbols and initials. Please contact us at the time of application.
• Leaving oversized garbage who has not applied will result in illegal dumping. We ask for your cooperation so that you can apply and send oversized garbage on the designated date.

• If you do not apply in advance, you will not be able to carry it in.
• We do not handle fee seals in the self-loading yard. Please pay the fee in advance at a financial institution, post office, or convenience store, and attach the sticker to the item and bring it in.
• If you are unable to come within the business hours of the self-loading yard, please apply again.

• We accept up to 9 collections and up to 20 self-loadings.

• Navi-Dial call charges are the same as call charges when calling a regular landline phone. (It will be borne by the sender.)

• Navi-dial receives a guide message first, but there is no call charge until you connect to the operator.
