・Registration of a group

Please fill in required items and submit it to the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau office in each ward.

・Registration of vendors

Collection company registration application (No. 1 style)、
Consent Form for Tax Payment Investigation (Form No. 2)
Name list of officers, etc. (Form No. 6)
Please fill in required items and submit it to the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau Business Division Resource Recycling Section (23rd floor, 6-50-10 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama, 231-0005, Japan). (In addition to the above documents, it is also necessary to submit a certificate of all historical matters (in the case of a corporation) and a document certifying that the local recyclables collection has entered into a contract with the resident certificate of the representative and officer, and a registered organization.)

・Registration of designated recyclables wholesalers

Those who wish to register as a designated resource wholesaler are required to register as a designated resource wholesaler.

When changing the contents registered in local recyclables collection (organization name, trader name, representative, person in charge, transfer account, etc.)

・Changes in group registration items

If there are any changes in the items described in the registration application form (Form No. 1), please contact the local recyclables collection Group Registration Change in registration form (Form No. 3).
If there is a change in the items described in the application form (No. 2 style), such as the collection place, change the resource collection location change registration form (Form No. 4).
Fill out the required items and submit it to the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau office in each ward.
