How to use it
1 How to enter the information you want to know directly in the message input field.
① Enter the information you want to know in the message input field.
② Please select the information you want to know from the answer candidate.
If you do not have the information you want to know in the answer candidate, please press the "No applicable" button and enter it in another word.
③ A preview of the response will be displayed. You can check the details of the response by pressing the "Here" button.
2 How to find the information you want to know from the options
①②③ Choose the option closest to the information you want to know.
④ Please select the information you want to know from the answer candidate.
If you do not have the information you want to know about the answer candidate, please press the "From the beginning" or "Back forward" button and select from another option.
⑤ A preview of the response will be displayed. You can check the details of the response by pressing the "Here" button.

※ Even when using under the recommended environment, the display of the website may be defective depending on the combination of OS and browser and browser settings.

FAQs
"Did you find the information you want to know?" If you do not select one of the three options in the message "Yes", "No", and "Back forward", you will not be able to move forward, and if you select "No", you will not be able to proceed as well unless you enter the reason in the message field.
Please close the browser once or press the "Update" button on the browser.
An AI chatbot is a system that uses AI to derive the most relevant answers from the vast amount of statistical data accumulated.
Therefore, if the data is insufficient, you may see an answer different from the intention of the question.
We will analyze the content that could not be answered and improve the accuracy of the answer, so please select "No" for the question "Did you find the information you want to know?" Please tell us what kind of information you needed and why.
