Overview

 In the Yokohama City Call Center Business, we are considering the introduction of AI-based inquiries, including chatbots, to improve user satisfaction.
 In order to examine the feasibility and method of the functions that Yokohama City is considering, we will conduct dialogue with companies, etc., and we would like to organize the conditions for open recruitment of businesses scheduled for 2020. Please join us.

1 Participation in the dialogue [finished]

Fill out the “Entry Sheet (Form 1)”, attach it to your e-mail, and submit it to the following application within the period.

2 Submission of prior materials [finished]

Please fill out the "Preliminary Hearing Sheet (Form 2)" and attach it to your e-mail, and submit it to the address below at least 3 days before the date of the dialogue.
Also, if there are other materials to be used for dialogue, please submit them together with the hearing sheet.

3 Conduct of dialogue [finished]

 ※After application, we will adjust it individually.

Yokohama City Hall (the location will be announced separately)

(3) Target person

Companies that can build systems that utilize AI, such as chatbots

(4) Content of the dialogue

(1) Functions to be implemented in AI-powered systems such as chatbots
(2) Mutual use of data between Q&A FAQs and AI-powered systems such as chatbots.
(3) How to operate systems using AI such as chatbots
(4) Other ideas (such as improving the convenience and satisfaction of citizens, improving work efficiency in the city, and reducing costs, etc.)
(5) (1)Costs, periods, etc. necessary for implementing (4)
(6) Examples of system introduction by your company

The timing of the construction of this system has not yet been determined, and the results of dialogue do not have an advantage in future business.
(2) Costs related to dialogue
Please pay the expenses required for participating in the dialogue.
(3) Publication of Dialogue
・An overview of the results of the dialogue will be published on our website.
・Before making an announcement, the contents will be confirmed with the participating companies in advance.
・The names of participating companies, etc. will not be disclosed.
