Overview

 In the Yokohama Call Center business, we are considering introducing AI-based inquiries, including chatbots, to improve user satisfaction.
 In order to examine the feasibility and methods of the functions that Yokohama City is considering, we would like to conduct dialogue with companies, etc., and organize the conditions for recruiting businesses scheduled for 2020. Please join us.

2 Submission of prior materials [finished]

Please fill out the "Preliminary Hearing Sheet (Form 2)" and attach it to the e-mail, and submit it to the address below at least 3 days before the date of the dialogue.
Also, if there are other materials to be used during the dialogue, please submit them together with the hearing sheet.

3. Implementation of dialogue [finished]

About 1 to 2 hours from Tuesday, February 25, Reiwa 2 to Friday, March 6
 ※After applying, we will adjust it individually.

(2) Location

Yokohama City Hall (The location will be announced separately)

(3) Target person

Companies that can build systems using AI, such as chatbots, etc.

(4) Contents of the dialogue

(1) Functions to be implemented in AI-powered systems such as chatbots
(2) Mutual use of data between "Q&A Frequently Asked Questions" and AI-powered systems such as chatbots
(3) How to operate systems using AI, such as chatbots.
(4) Other ideas (improving the convenience and satisfaction of citizens, improving the efficiency of business in the city, solutions that reduce costs, etc.)

(6) Examples of system introduction by your company

(1) Handling of Participation
The timing of the construction of this system is undecided, and the results of dialogue will not have an advantage in future business operations.
(2) Expenses related to dialogue
Participation in the dialogue should be borne by the participating companies.
(3) Announcement of the contents of the dialogue
・A summary of the results of the dialogue will be announced on our website.
・Upon publication, the content will be confirmed with participating companies in advance.
・The names of participating companies will not be disclosed.
