Tsurumi 1-chome district (Kagetsuen bicycle racetrack site)

 In the Tsurumi 1-chome area (the site of the Kagetsuen Bicycle Racetrack, which was abolished in March 2010, and the former site of the adjacent private company company housing), developers such as the UR Urban Organization, etc. In the event of a disaster, we are promoting the development of a district park that will become evacuation area in the event of a disaster, and the development of urban areas such as surrounding residential areas.
 The district park "Tsurumi Kagetsuen Park" was opened at 10:00 on November 1, 2021.

1 Overview

 Following the abolition of the bicycle race business in March 2010, the former site of the Kagetsuen Bicycle Racetrack near Kagetsu Sojijiji Station (Keikyu Main Line) in Tsurumi Ward, after the abolition of the bicycle race business in March 2010, a study group sponsored by Kanagawa Prefecture.

※2 What is Disaster Prevention Park Block Maintenance Project?
 This is a business that promotes the maintenance of parks and the maintenance of urban areas integrally. The Urban Renaissance Agency will be the main business entity, and will maintain parks and residential land, and Yokohama City will manage the maintained park

※What is the Residential Urban Area Comprehensive Maintenance Project?
 In existing urban areas, this is a business that comprehensively performs maintenance of houses, maintenance of public facilities, etc., in order to create a comfortable living environment, renew urban functions, and regenerate local living functions.
 In maintenance such as Kagetsuen bicycle racetrack ruins, Yokohama-shi devises maintenance plan, and Urban Renaissance Agency carries out business based on the maintenance plan. About road and green tract of land, open space, water and sewage maintained by this business, we can receive assistance from country for the maintenance costs.
