Business distinction
Urban reoccurrence projects are classified into "Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project" and "Type 2 Urban Redevelopment Project". The purpose of the project is the same for both, but the Type 2 Urban Redevelopment Project is conducted in areas with higher public and urgency in terms of disaster prevention and safety.
Business Structure
Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project
Funds required for urban redevelopment projects, such as the construction of new buildings (redevelopment buildings) and roads, will be financed by the sale of a part of the floor of the redevelopment building. People who owned land or buildings in the business area before conducting the business will receive a part of the floor of the redevelopment building according to these valuations (this mechanism is called rights conversion).
