The funds required for the urban redevelopment project will be funded by the sale of a part of the floor of the redevelopment building. In the funding plan, "expenditure" = "income".

Research and design planning costs
Business plan preparation costs, surveying and current status survey costs, geological surveys, basic design and implementation design costs for facility buildings (redevelopment buildings), public facilities design costs such as roads and parks, expenses related to asset valuation, rights conversion Planning costs, construction supervision costs, registration costs for land and buildings, etc.
Land maintenance costs
Cost of building removal, land leveling expenses, etc.
Compensation expenses
Compensation for land and buildings for out-of-area transferees, various compensation costs required for relocation, etc.
Construction costs
Construction costs for redevelopment buildings, construction costs for public facilities, construction costs related to measures against soil pollution and radio interference, construction costs for temporary stores, etc.
Administrative expenses, etc.

Proceeds
Reserved floor disposal fee
Funds obtained by selling the floor of a redevelopment building other than the floor (right floor) acquired by the converting rights.
Subsidies, contributions, etc.
Subsidies from the national, prefectural and city, contributions for the maintenance of public facilities (city planning roads, etc.)
Yokohama City's subsidy system
