  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 6 The use, form, site and design of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    (1) The use of the building shall be as follows.
    Oh, single-family house (including two-family living together house (limited to two or less entrances that can be performed inside the building))
    (A) Among the dual-use houses listed in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order, use of offices stipulated in item 1 of the same Article or study private schools, flower arrangement classrooms, Go classrooms and other similar facilities stipulated in item 6 What also serves.
    (2) Common-use houses listed in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order other than the preceding item, and those that have obtained more than two-thirds of the owners of land under this agreement.
    (3) The height of the eaves of the building shall not exceed 8 meters from the ground surface.
    (4) The site shall be a plot of the current residential land at the time of the conclusion of this agreement, and shall not be subdivided.
    (5) The ground surface of the site (development activity (development permission number: No. 13 opening 1405, development permission date: October 1, 2001)) cannot be changed. I do. However, this does not apply to cuts and embankments for building car garages.
    (6) The colors of the outer walls, pillars and roofs of buildings (including carports) shall be in harmony with the colors of the surrounding buildings.
