    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, site and design of building in Article 6 agreement area must follow standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) The use of the building shall be as follows.
    Oh, single-family house (including two-family living together house (limited to one with two or less entrances and can be reached inside the building))
    (A) Of the combined housing listed in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order, the use of offices prescribed in item 1 of the same Article or study private supplementary schools, flower arrangement classrooms, Go classrooms, and other similar facilities prescribed in item 6 What also serves.

    (3) The height of the eaves of the building shall not exceed 8 meters from the ground surface.
    (4) The site shall be a parcel of the current residential land at the time of the conclusion of this agreement, and shall not be subdivided.
    (5) The ground surface of the site (refers to the time of the announcement of the completion of construction related to the development activity (development permission number: No. 13 opening 1405, development permission date: October 1, 2001)) shall not be changed. . However, this does not apply to cuts and embankments for building a car garage.
    (6) The colors of the outer walls, pillars and roofs of buildings (including carports) shall be in harmony with the color of the surrounding building.
