    Chapter 2 Standards for Buildings
    (Use)
    Building to offer for use to raise in Article 6 next kakugo must not be built in agreement area.
    (1) Housing, apartment house, dormitories or boarding house
    (2) Stores or restaurants that include goods sales
    (3) Mahjong shops, pachinko parlors, shooting ranges and similar
    (4) Bowling alleys, skating rinks, swimming pools, and the like
    (5) Gas stations (excluding private use)
    (6) Warehouse business, cleaning, industrial waste, and other items that require large vehicles to enter and exit
    (Main Structure)
    Article 7 The main structural part of the building shall be made of non-combustible materials such as steel frame and reinforced concrete structures. But it is not this limit about storeroom and other attached buildings where total area of building is less than 20 square meters.
    (Installation of green spaces, etc.)
    We install green tract of land by standard to raise in next kakugo on site of Article 8 and must try to manage this well.
    (1) If the site area of the building is 1,000 square meters or more, the green space area is 16/100 or more of the area
    (2) If the site area of the building is less than 1,000 square meters, the green area is more than 14/100 of the area
    About setting of 2 green tract of land, we must secure green tract zone more than 1 meter in width along road.
    3 Green belts set up by each company will continue to be maintained in order to promote environmental beautification and comfort in the inner park, and planting (green belts) must preserve and maintain the current situation in the future. Must.
    (Designation of wall line)
    Article 9 The position retreating 1m from the boundary with the road to the company site side shall be the wall line.
    2 Buildings (warehouses, storerooms, etc.) and structures (cubicles, cooling towers, etc.) shall not be installed on the site between this wall line and the boundary between the public road.
    3 Those that can be installed regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall be as follows.
    (1) Telephone poles, street lights, trees, gateposts
    (2) Signboards for the company name of the location company with a display area of 1 square meter or less
    4 When installing a fence, it shall be as follows.
    (1) The type of fence shall be wire mesh (net fence), and the height shall be 1.5 meters or less from the ground surface.
    (2) In 1.5 meters or less in the previous issue, it can be installed with concrete foundations etc. only in the range up to 0.3 meters in height from the ground surface.
    (3) Fences such as block structures, concrete (Manyo) shall not be installed.
    (minimum building coverage ratio)
    When we offer Article 10 site for business, we shall build building having building area more than 30% of site area.
    (Design)
    Article 11 The design of the building must endeavor to harmonize with the surrounding environment.
    (Building equipment)
    Article 12 The site shall be equipped with necessary equipment to prevent pollution due to noise, vibration, sewage, waste liquid, smoke, dust, gas, odor, etc. shall be provided.
    (Measures for dust prevention, etc.)
    Article 13 On the premises of the location company must strive to use asphalt pavement (leveling with minimum gravel floor) in principle for sand and dust measures.
