  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    Chapter 2 Standards for Buildings, etc.
    (Use)
    Article 6 Buildings to be used for the purposes listed in the following items shall not be built in the agreement area.
    (1) Housing, apartment houses, dormitories or boarding houses
    (2) Stores or restaurants including merchandise sales business
    (3) Mahjong stores, pachinko parlors, shooting ranges and the like
    (4) Bowling alleys, skating rinks, swimming pools and the like
    (5) Gas stations (excluding those for private use)
    (6) Items that require the entry and exit of large vehicles such as warehousing, cleaning, industrial waste, etc.
    (Main Structure)
    Article 7 The main structural part of the building shall be made of non-combustible materials such as steel structures and reinforced concrete structures. But it is not this limit about storeroom or other attached building where total area of building is less than 20 square meters.
    (Settings of green spaces, etc.)
    Article 8 On the site of the building, green spaces must be set up according to the standards listed in the following items, and efforts must be made to manage this well.
    (1) If the site area of the building is more than 1,000 square meters, the green area of more than 16/100 of the area
    (2) If the site area of the building is less than 1,000 square meters, the green area of more than 14/100 of the area
    About setting of 2 green spaces, we must secure green belt more than 1 meter wide along road.
    3 The green belts set up by each company shall be maintained and maintained continuously in order to promote environmental beautification and comfort in the inner park, and planting (green belts) shall preserve and maintain the current situation in the future. Must.
    (Designation of wall line)
    Article 9 The wall line shall be a position that retreats 1m from the border with the road to the site of the company.
    2 Buildings (warehouses, storerooms, etc.) and structures (cubicles, cooling towers, etc.) cannot be installed on the site between the boundary between this wall line and public roads in principle.
    3. Items that can be installed regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall be as follows.
    (1) Telephone poles, street lights, trees, gateposts
    (2) Signboards for the company name of the location company with a display area of 1 square meter or less
    4 When installing a fence, it shall be as follows.
    (1) The type of fence shall be wire mesh (net fence), and its height shall be less than 1.5 meters from the ground surface.
    (2) In less than 1.5 meters in the previous issue, it can be installed with concrete foundations only within the range up to 0.3 meters in height from the ground surface.
    (3) Fences such as block and concrete (mandai) cannot be installed.
    (minimum building coverage ratio)
    When we offer Article 10 site for business use, we shall build building having building area more than 30% of site area.
    (Design)
    Article 11 The design of the building must strive to harmonize with the surrounding environment. .
    (Building equipment)
    Article 12 The site shall be equipped with necessary facilities to prevent pollution caused by noise, vibration, sewage, waste liquid, smoke, dust, gas, odor, etc.
    (Reduction of sand dust, etc.)
    Article 13 In principle, the premises of the location company must be asphalt pavement (leveling with a minimum gravel floor) in order to prevent sand dust.
