  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Restrictions on Buildings)
    Article 7 The site, position, use and form of buildings in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    (1) The use of the building shall be a single-family private house and a clinic combined house.
    (2) The number of floors shall be 2 or less except for the basement.
    (3) The highest height from the ground surface must not exceed 6.5m height of 10m eaves.
    (4) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the boundary of the site shall be 0.5 m or more, and the distance to the road boundary shall be 1.0 m or more. However, Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order. ※This shall not apply to those that comply with the provisions of the above.
    (5) The site cannot be divided.
