Hoshikawa, Tennocho, and Hodogaya Station Area Town Planning Consultation Guidelines

1 Purpose

 This area is suitable for local bases by accumulating commercial and business functions related to living services that support daily life through the planned development of the site of a large-scale factory, and properly guiding complex redevelopment including urban housing. We have been promoting town planning. In order to further improve the convenience of the district and create a safe and livable city, we will guide the maintenance of arterial roads in the district and comfortable pedestrian spaces.
 In addition, around Hoshikawa Station, in December 2020, we formulated the "Guidelines for Comprehensive Town Development around Hoshikawa Station Areas" (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines"). According to these guidelines, `` When redeveloping, rebuilding of buildings or renewing functions in the area around Hoshikawa Station, we will strive to be a plan in accordance with these guidelines, and each of the residents, businesses, and governments We ask for your active cooperation in efforts to realize the future image of the city, "Improve convenience by strengthening the base and commercial functions of the city center, and create a safe and comfortable living environment." . " In order to promote new town development based on these guidelines, we are discussing the following architectural plans, so we ask for the cooperation of all of you, including the owners.

2 Consultation Area

4. Contents of discussion

(1)Retreatment of walls, fences, etc. of buildings from the road (setback)

There are seven types of setbacks for each road in order to secure pedestrian space and storefront space.
Please give me a setback by the corresponding road.
In addition, please minimize steps from the road surface for the setback part and avoid installing advertising materials and equipment.

(2) Parking lot

In particular, in order to ensure the bustle of the surrounding area and the safety of pedestrians, do not provide entrances to parking lots at attracting facilities such as stores in principle on the side of the elevated railway station as shown in the figure.
