The area around Shinkoyasu Station is positioned as a regional base under the “Yumehama 2010 Plan”, and it is planned to improve the convenience of daily life through redevelopment projects.
In addition, the Keihin coastal area is to be redeveloped as an international industrial base, and the area around Shinkoyasu Station has the potential as a gateway.
