The area around Shinkoyasu Station is positioned as a regional base in the "Yumehama 2010 Plan", and it is said that redevelopment projects will improve the convenience of daily life.
In addition, under the plan, the Keihin coastal area is to be redeveloped as an international industrial base, and the area around Shinkoyasu Station has the potential as a gateway.
