Information on Hydrogen Utilization Equipment Installation Cost Subsidy

In order to create new hydrogen demand for the realization of a hydrogen society, we will provide assistance for the introduction of hydrogen boilers and other equipment.

Provided, however, that all of the following conditions shall be satisfied.
(1)Equipment to be installed and used at offices in Yokohama City.
(2)Equipment specifications that can be used as all or part of low-carbon hydrogen as fuel and can be operated by full or mixed combustion.
(3)Switching from fossil fuels or contributing to the creation of new hydrogen demand.
(4)It must not be a simple renewal of existing hydroelectric equipment.
(5)The introduction of new equipment for unused products.
※It takes a long time to build a low-carbon hydrogen supply supply network, and regional differences in the city area may be assumed. Therefore, when a reasonable supply environment that can use low-carbon hydrogen is established, it will be decided to switch to low-carbon hydrogen in the meantime, it is possible to operate using hydrogen and city gas that do not meet the standards for low-carbon hydrogen during the time being.

Those who meet all of the following requirements or those who have been approved by the mayor as equivalent to these
(1)A corporation or sole proprietor who introduces facilities to be subsidized in Yokohama City and has the right to use the land where the facilities are installed. Or an energy service provider that installs subsidized facilities with permission from a person who has the right to use the land.
※When an energy service provider applies, it is necessary to apply jointly with the person receiving the energy service. In addition, the amount equivalent to the grant must be returned to those who receive energy services.
(2)Those who have no delinquency of city tax.
(3)Those who can perform necessary/required procedures by the specified date.
(4)After the project is completed, those who can submit a performance report by Friday, March 14, 2025 or the last day of the month following the project completion date, whichever comes first.
[Notes] Project completion is the date on which the inspection confirmation pertaining to the introduction of equipment subject to assistance has been completed.

Equipment costs for equipment to be subsidized
※Investigation costs, design costs and construction costs, as well as import costs for auxiliary equipment, pipings, control equipment, measurement equipment and accessories, and consumption tax are not included.

10 million yen per unit
※If the sum of other subsidies received from the country or prefecture exceeds one-half of the subsidized expenses, the amount obtained by rounding down the excess amount will be used as the subsidy amount. In addition, when fraction less than 1,000 yen occurs, we cut off less than 1,000 yen.

・Grants will be transferred to the designated financial institution.
・If you submit by email, seal is not required.
