Information on installation cost subsidy projects for quick charging facilities for Yokohama convenience stores

For company which installed quick charging facilities in parking lot for visitor installed in convenience store located in Yokohama-shi, we assist a part of expense required for introduction.

　Please submit required documents by mail by the deadline.

　Until Friday, March 14, 2025

　※If the subsidy budget (5,000,000 yen) is reached, the application will be closed before the deadline.

　Person targeted for assistance assumes person whom the mayor authorized as person meeting all the next requirements or person equivalent to these.

1. Corporations, individuals, sole proprietors or leasing companies that install quick charging facilities, etc. in a 24-hour parking lot attached to a convenience store located in Yokohama City
2. When installing for the purpose of leasing the subsidized equipment, the leasing company must be the applicant.
3. Subsidies based on this summary have not been issued at the same quick charging facilities.
4. There must be no delinquency such as payment of debt to city tax and Yokohama-shi.

　The equipment to be subsidized shall meet all of the following requirements:

1. It must be unused.
2. Equipment subject to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry subsidy, and the rated output per unit must be 50 kilowatts or more.
3. The equipment must have been started within the application year. The start date of the project shall be the delivery date of the equipment.
4. If there is a subsidy from a country or other organization that can be received (hereinafter referred to as “national subsidy, etc.”), you must apply for the grant of the subsidy. But it is not this limit when it is not possible to apply for grant such as national assistance, and the mayor recognizes.

　Equipment costs and construction costs for quick charging facilities (trading prices excluding consumption tax and local consumption tax)

　Up to 300,000 yen per unit
　(If the electricity used in the charging facilities, etc. is renewable electricity, the subsidy upper limit is 400,000 yen.)
　 ※The amount of subsidy grant shall be the lower of the amount of subsidy grant application, the amount excluding the amount of subsidies such as national subsidies from subsidized expenses, and the upper limit of subsidies.

　The quick charging equipment introduced with the grant of subsidies cannot be disposed of (sale, disposal, transfer, etc.) or transferred the base of use outside Yokohama for 5 years after introduction. It can be disposed of with approval, but in principle, the return of subsidies (all or part) is a condition.
