In order to promote the spread of next-generation vehicles such as electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid vehicles, Yokohama City will provide assistance to charging facilities (hereinafter referred to as "EV charging facilities for EVs") to be installed in apartment.
※Subsidies are not available when installing ordinary charging equipment in a detached house.

Reception of charging equipment setting costs subsidy such as Yokohama-shi electric vehicles was finished in 2023.

Application period

From Thursday, June 22, 2023 to Friday, March 8, 2024
※It is necessary to submit a grant application and a performance report by Friday, March 22, 2024. In addition, application from offer start to Wednesday, June 28 is considered to have been on the same day.
※If the supplementary budget (10,600,000 yen) is reached, the reception will be closed before the deadline. The budget includes the Yokohama City V2H charging and discharging equipment installation costs.

※Whenever possible, please apply after receiving a decision to grant the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry subsidy.

Subsidy upper limit

One-half of the amount excluding the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry subsidy and the Kanagawa Prefecture subsidy from the subsidized expenses.
However, the upper limit is five units per apartment, and the maximum amount per unit shall be the amount stated in (1) and (2).
（１） Normal charging equipment, charging outlet stand, charging outlets (in mechanical parking lot)

（２） Charging outlet (plained flat)
　　 Up to 80,000 yen per unit
